7 shelves

How we stock the shelf.

01

Known by name

Every maker on the shelf is someone we've met or been introduced to by someone we trust.
02

Small lots

We buy in quantities we can sell within a season, so nothing sits too long on the shelf.
03

Plain labels

Ingredients, origin, and batch. If it doesn't fit on the back, it shouldn't be in the bottle.
04

Real prices

Honest pricing that keeps growers in business. No loss leaders, no phony sales.
Our Story

One shelf, one promise.

We started in a converted garage in Austin, Texas, with one shelf and a simple rule: nothing gets stocked unless we'd use it ourselves. Years later — pottery, miso, salsas, and spices — the rule hasn't moved.
